We would highly recommend registering for a FREE account with our site to view exclusive content and participate in discussions. All new members start out as Interested Members who have limited access to site content. To become a full Member and access all of what the NECC and its website has to offer, the prerequisite is to simply attend our meetings and abide by the rules as laid out in our Charter.
