About Us

Please feel free to explore what NECC membership can offer to you by exploring our Membership area.

New England Compensation Consortium (NECC) is a not-for-profit organization focusing on providing professional development and networking opportunities to our members.  As the region's premier compensation networking group with over 300+ members, our membership includes compensation professionals from over 150 organizations located in the Greater Boston area and throughout New England.  We have been a source and destination for practitioners and consultants to exchange ideas and information both virtually and in-person for over 15 years.

When are meetings?

We typically have 6 program meetings spread throughout the year at member companies.  Meetings feature expert speakers on various compensation topics, as well as member panel discussions and networking opportunities.

How do I become a member?

Compensation professionals located in the New England region are welcome to become members.  You must first attend a program meeting as a guest of a current member and provide your contact information to be admitted as a member.

How much is membership?

We do not require membership dues.  However, as our association has grown over the years, so have the costs, so we now recommend a voluntary contribution of at least $5 per person per year, collected at our program meetings.  These contributions defray nominal expenses such as website administration.

Is NECC affiliated with WorldatWork?

NECC is affiliated with WorldatWork as a local area chapter.
