New England Compensation Consortium (NECC) is a not-for-profit organization focusing on providing professional development and networking opportunities to our members. As the region's premier compensation networking group with over 300+ members, our membership includes compensation professionals from over 150 organizations located in the Greater Boston area and throughout New England. We have been a source and destination for practitioners and consultants to exchange ideas and information both virtually and in-person since 1999.
