Welcome to NECC!
The New England Compensation Consortium (NECC) is a not-for-profit organization focusing on providing professional development and networking opportunities to our members. As the region's premier compensation networking group with over 300+ members, our membership includes compensation professionals from over 150 organizations located in the Greater Boston area and throughout New England. We have been a source and destination for practitioners and consultants to exchange ideas and information both virtually and in-person since 1999.

The Mission
The mission of the New England Compensation Consortium is to connect HR professionals who have compensation responsibility by providing opportunities for networking and sharing through relevant and thought-provoking programs and activities.
