    Benson Executive Search has been retained by a leading global, industrial and aerospace and defense infrastructure company to find their next Senior Director of Compensation. Reporting to the CHRO you will be part of an HR team that is valued by leadership and part of a collaborative work culture that is genuinely committed to continuous improvement, success and upward mobility. We are looking for a Senior Director of Compensation to take the reins of the compensation programs and further accelerate them to ensure they support the efforts to attract, motivate and retain top talent, building a great place to work. Does this sound like you?     Required experience and attributes:  

    ·        Driving an organization’s compensation and salary administration programs including but not limited to, executive compensation, annual compensation process, equity program, salary surveys and benchmarking as well as designing sales incentive programs.

    ·        9+ years of experience in compensation planning and strategy development in positions of progressive responsibility

    ·        Global compensation design and implementation experience

    ·        Bachelor’s degree required. An MBA in finance or HR is preferred

    ·        Experience designing & implementing Sales Incentive compensation is required.

    ·        M&A experience preferred
