About the Event
In 2020, Cimpress/Vista, a customer-focused, entrepreneurial mass customization businesses adopted a Remote-First operating model and culture. Cimpress/Vista heard from their team members that having the freedom, autonomy, and trust in each other to work from home and, the ability to operate when they are most productive, empowers them to be their best. Cimpress/Vista also provides collaboration spaces for team members to work physically together when it's safe to do so and when in-person collaboration will deliver the best results. Currently, Cimpress/Vista is enabled to hire remote team members in over 30 US States as well as several countries in Europe, including Ireland, Spain, Germany, UK, Czech Republic, the Netherlands, and Switzerland. Kristin and Stacey will share highlights on how their leadership came to the decision to adopt a Remote-First operating model early-on, how they tackled the work associated with that decision, and will provide detail on how their global base pay program evolved in support of this change.
Kristin Bergeron
As a Compensation Director for Cimpress, Kristin provides global compensation support for Cimpress’ corporate functions. Kristin also provides executive compensation support to the Cimpress and Vista executive teams, the Board of Directors, and is responsible for the design of Cimpress’ long-term incentive (LTI) program. She began her compensation career in consulting at Willis Towers Watson with a primary focus on executive compensation. Stacey Sutela, SPHR
In addition to leading the Compensation function for Vista, Stacey also manages the HR Operations team that supports the remote-first workforce in the US and Europe, as well as the Immigration/Mobility function. Stacey has 30 years of experience in Compensation and Human Resources. She began her career in consulting at Executive Alliance, then moved into industries such as insurance/financial services, high tech, manufacturing, and ecommerce, and has spent time as both an HR Business Partner and a Compensation Consultant.
