HR compensation professionals located in the New England region are welcome to become members. To join you must first attend a program meeting as a guest. Afterward if you are interested in becoming a member you simply need to provide your contact information and our membership coordinator will reach out to you directly.
We do not require membership dues. However, as our association has grown over the years, so have the costs, so we now recommend a voluntary contribution of at least $10 per person per year, collected at our program meetings. These contributions defray expenses such as website administration.
We typically have 6 program meetings spread throughout the year at members' companies. Meetings feature expert speakers on various compensation topics, as well as member panel discussions, round table talks, and also opportunities for networking with fellow members, invite practitioners to share their expertise.
